An open box fee equal to 10% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 10% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. An open box fee of 15% applies to Security Products.
We will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
All returns must include a copy of our invoice/receipt. Returns must be insured accordingly, CCTV Etc - CCTV Etc - Goody Square bare no responsibilities for items lost during shipment.

Exchanges
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned goods.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel unshipped items by calling or emailing us if the products are not shipped out.
